Boat Lift Canopy
All TDI Marine boat lift canopy frames have a limited lifetime warranty for any defects and workmanship. The boat lift canopy vinyl is guaranteed for six years. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. Warranty is limited to replacement or repair of damaged product only at TDI Marine discretion.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from acts of God, customer alteration, vandalism, misuse, abuse, improper maintenance, unreasonable care, or other causes not arising from defects in workmanship and materials.
Warranty item will be sent to the factory at customer expense and returned by TDI Marine prepaid. If item cannot be shipped, the customer will pay for the TDI Marine travel time, but not the repair time.
THIS CONSTITUTES THE SOLE WARRANTY MADE BY COMPANY EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WHICH EXTEND BEYOUD THE FACE HEREOF. COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
